- Strategize ESG an organization level, develop roadmap for short, mid and long term. Develop, Deploy & Drive Sustainability projects & Sustainability Disclosures.
2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
- Implementing ESG and integrating Climate change risks, its financial impacts and leverage opportunities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Formulate Integrated report as per latest GRI / IIRC standards and managing its end to end process of data validation, assurance, GRI check and release.
- Create Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report (BRSR) as per applicable guidelines and regulations
- Reporting on disclosures like Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)
- Assurance of data based on Integrated Report and BRSR
- Conducting impactful initiatives on Sustainability under "Making sustainability Personal" initiative
- Build capability of personnel
- Responsible for strategizing Green lending portfolio
- Present to the Senior Leadership - Strategy on Sustainability, Propose Initiatives and Develop Sustainability Roadmap for long term value creation
- Achieve ESG Commitments as per ESG Roadmap for short, mid and long term.
- Applying for Awards & Recognition
