Responsible for delivery to Sales on MIS, Contest Updates, Program Updates, MIS Digitization Project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weightage:
- Regular MIS to Sales Channels , 15%
- Regular Contest Updates to Sales Channels, 15%
- Regular Program Updates to Sales Channels, 15%
- Automation initiatives to digitize methods of MIS creation, 20%
- Managing stakeholder expectations and delivery alignment, 15%
- Design and manage control mechanisms to ensure error-free reporting, 10%
- Effective team management (managing three to four DR's across DEG verticals), 10%

INTERACTIONS:
Internal Relations: APC Back office and channel staff
External Relations:
- IT Team, Digital Team, Channel Support, ACU
- Probable system vendors related to data lake project
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
Qualification: Graduate
Work experience in years: 15 years +
IT skill set: Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, Ms-Powerpoint, Ms-Access, SQL
Key competencies: Good communication skills, Sound Analytical Skills, Problem Solving ability, Ability to understand data, Ability to understand Distribution requirements
