Deputy Vice President - Pre-Acquisition Mobile App Program Manager - NBFC

Scaleneworks People Solutions LLP is hiring for Deputy Vice President - Pre-Acquisition Mobile App Program Manager for one of the Leading NBFC.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Project Manager manages the conceptualization and implementation of key big/small ticket initiatives including understanding business and functional requirements, stakeholder management, project delivery and executive communication. This new position will drive day to day execution, implementation and change management regarding key strategic initiatives which are pertaining to android mobile app in New Accounts vertical of SBI Card.

- Oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the stakeholders

- Should be equipped to create Gantt Charts, mpp and user stories

- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Ensure all projects delivered are with zero defects.

- Should be able to handle business escalations and manage Vendor teams, make them accountable for deliverables

- Should have sound knowledge of requirement gathering and conducting UAT's

- Should have prior knowledge of Budget, estimates and willing to learn internal process of sourcing and invoicing

- Should have excellent documentational knowledge and should be willing to understand current system and give AS is model. Should ensure code check-in and documentation on Timely basis.

- Should understand downstream systems, dependencies ability to read code for feeds of downstream system. Document the dependencies and data feeds

- Engineer quality, maintainable and ability to read and document current code

- Willingness to learn, maintain skill set and stay up to date on emerging technologies.

- Communicate with other engineering teams and management to ensure successful project delivery.

- Should have a substantial development experience in Hybrid Android technology.

Skills

- Any Degree/Diploma (10+2+3)/ Bachelors in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics (B.E./ B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc)

- Experience in Hybrid Android is required

- Experience in Native Android will be an added advantage

- Experience in Banking and Financial Domain would be an added advantage
