EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES : 

1. Lead management of all ISIT deliverables and services across SAP and non SAP applications for the organization

- Ensure delivery of all projects within ISIT in accordance with the QCD targets

- Monitor KPIs regarding quality, cost and delivery agreed with the Corporate team and all project evaluation reports

- Manage headcount budget allocation and utilization of internal resources and vendor staff

- Manage resource allocation on requests/projects and ensure optimal number of resources

2. Gather data from customers and external sources to conduct competitors and benchmark inter performance and services - Obtain feedback from customers and track market conditions to forecast work flow

- Track competitor performance and identify opportunities to different ISIT from competitors

- Contract external experts/consultants to create blueprints and plans for long term expansion and conduct competitor analysis on billing rates

3. Ensure effective operations, client charge backs and business development for work generation - Coordinate with the Corporate IS team to finalise the billing rate and budget for ISIT

- Secure charge back rates of all projects as per the standards guidelines and fixed unit price

- Ensure accuracy in work load estimation and customer interaction by team leaders

- Lead business development activities by showcasing success stories of the team and generating work

4. Manage vendor staff contracts and internal performance and utilization on service requests - Ensure monitoring of the Build-Operate-Transfer contracts with vendors and contract vendors based on demand pipeline

- Lead evaluation of vendor performance and quality to ensure transition on high performing resources on roll

- Direct vendor quality, cost, and interaction for workforce and experts, while maintaining the assigned budget

5. Manage the internal headcount and financial budget and ensure development and capability building of the team - Support building of capacity development plans and ensure that competencies for future are developed within the team

- Lead the selection, capability development and attrition of the internal team

- Ensure tracking of individual and team performance and provide development opportunities

- Ensure coordination training plans for internal capability development and up-skilling

- Ensure motivation and retention of high potential employees

- Coordinate discussion and negotiation with Corporate team to finalise headcount and financial budget.
