- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and regular MBA (HR).
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be actively working with the CHRO to formulate and Implement HR Policies and to provide timely solutions on people matters.
- Improving organizational structure and culture, providing change leadership, and Talent Management.
- Lead the complete Talent Management, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Engagement Strategy.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, engagement, performance, and retention strategies.
- Employee Lifecycle: Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit.
- Working closely with CoE on all discussions with stakeholders
- Grievance Handling /Employee Engagement etc.
