Role Summary:

Be a strategic advisor and partner with business on all people related matters. Align people initiatives and design programs in line with the business objectives, promoting a high-performance culture, an engaged workforce to support organizational goals.

Key Focus areas:

- Stakeholder management and strategic partnership with business to build people strategies in line with the business needs

- Provide guidance and support to business on people related matters, address grievances in a fair and constructive manner

- Develop effective communication channels to promote transparency and disseminate information on company policies and updates

- Design employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation including wellness initiatives, employee health and wellbeing and team-building activities

- Partner with CoE team in implementing performance management process across the organisation, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to improve employee performance

- Design and manage recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee achievements and contributions

- Design, implement, and analyze employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee pulse and identify areas for improvement

- Understand the training needs at various levels and ensuring to get them implemented

- Lead and support change initiatives within the organization, helping employees and managers navigate transitions effectively

- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications & Competencies:

- MBA with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR

- Should have experience in HRBP, Employee Engagement & Internal Communications

- Strong stakeholder management, good networking skills & Good people connect across levels

- Strategic Thinking
