- Manage Social Media Engagement and Promotions across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Online reputation management by enabling tools and skills to address customer queries/complaints/requests
- Work with Digital Marketing agencies, Marketing Operations team to create and publish Digital Campaigns through SMS, Email, Push Notification and website
- Enable Marketing Automation capabilities for Digital Campaigns on owned media
- Build and enhance SEO capabilities in increase Organic site visits / leads etc
- Build and Enhance Web/Mobile Analytical capabilities
- Work with Agencies to create Media plan for paid marketing. Monitor and Optimize paid campaigns for new Product launches, festive offers and other large scale promotions
- Brand sentiment analysis through ORM and necessary actions to improve positive sentiments
Qualifications-
- At least 10 years experience in Digital Marketing activities for a BFSI organization
- Experience in Media buying and monitoring of campaigns for optimized spends and increased visibility of brand campaigns
- Experience in managing to teams to support Owned media campaigns
- Managed 2 or more Digital Marketing agencies to create Creative for Owned and Paid media marketing
- Managed Social Media Platforms and ORM tools for a large sized BFSI organization
