Job responsibilities

- Strong deal origination capabilities

- Strong market intermediaries network

- Good excel model capabilities

- Real estate valuation methodology understanding - DCF, Direct Cap, Residual and Comparable valuation

- Market research with fair understanding of Mumbai residential real estate prices

- Fair understanding of Mumbai Development Control Rules will be an added advantage

- Good communication skills and proficiency in other MS office applications is must
