- The concerned person will be heading the Compensation & Benefits of the group.
- Working closely with Group HR towards developing new models of Performance Management & Compensation for the company.
- Responsible for Designing Compensation Grids in lines to Annual Increment policy of the Company.
- Responsible for Designing & implementing all major processes/initiatives of company viz, Performance Appraisals, Compensation, Organization Management Review & Succession Planning.
- Designing & Implementing a sustainable Employee Rewards & Recognition scheme within Division for both frontline & Managerial roles
- Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
