1. Responsible for Top Line and Bottom line targets given for assigned market i.e West Zone

2. Achieving line of business wise targets and profitability directly from customers

3. Building a rapport & develop business from direct customers as per company philosophy and appetite

4. Responsible for retention of the commercial lines.

5. Growing the direct business, focus on building a large sustainable book of business.

6. Responsible for overall administration, operations and statutory compliance activities of the commercial lines of business with support from the corporate office
