- Prior knowledge of Market Entry Strategy, Route to Market, Benchmarking and Commercial Due Diligence.
- Leading client project independently with limited guidance.
- Conduct high quality research independently.
- Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills.
- People management skill and client communication and relationship management (Direct client interactions).
- Take ownership of framing the problem, structuring the analysis approach, and lead the execution.
- Prepare high quality, client ready presentations and reports.
- Suggest their own recommendations and opinions to client.
- Proficiency in Power Points and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of databases like Capital IQ, Factiva, Euromonitor, EMIS, etc.
- Prior experience of Mergers and Acquisitions - buy-side/sell-side
- Target screening
- Making and analyzing Information Memorandums
- Business/Commercial Due Diligence
- Business valuations
- Financial modelling and business plan making
