Accountability :
- Achieving revenue targets while handling a large team of approx. 60 members
- Driving Client Acquisition as well as Client Retention
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategy to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to the team members and set individual sales targets.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the team.
- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
- Help the team in up-selling, cross-selling services.

- Ability to lead a large team of approx. 60 members
- Strong at both planning at execution skills
- Able to assess oneself and others in all fairness

Salary range: 10 - 12 LPA
