Deputy Regional Manager
Position Objectives :
- Business Plan Target Achievement & Profitability - Provide objective and analytical insights by preparing financial models to analyze impact and soundness of business decisions to the top management with ROI calculations for existing and new business opportunities.
- Provide active support in developing organizational strategies by contributing financial & accounting information, analysis & recommendations.
- Provide advice on business strategies and business plan formulation : Introduction & successful execution as per plan. Performance review & failure study
- Oversee the framework for business planning and budgeting, timelines, frequency relating to all business planning activities : Provide valuable inputs in the budget planning activity and prepare apportionment guidelines for the organization
- Prepare apportionment guidelines and revise them as and when required in coordination with changes as per Planning and Budgeting revisions : Oversee preparation of trend analyses/ reports on Financial results, costs, revenues, cost income ratio to give clarity on the financial health of the business to top management
- Advise department heads on variance analysis and corrective mechanisms : Ensure efficient & effective management of company's finances through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes
- Establish and review mechanism for ensuring accuracy and integrity of the Sales & department Coordination: Ensure regular interaction & continuity of dialogue at all levels between Sales/Finance/Mktg/Sourcing/Others personnel across regions & branches for better customer satisfaction & increased service TAT
- Effective coordination : with HR, Service, Commercial, Logistics, Sales & Marketing, Sales & Administration, MFG units, Corporate Planning, R&D to avoid surprises & to channelize decisions & to ensure mission accomplishment as a team
