Job Description:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop earthwork plans, methodologies, and strategies that meet project objectives, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate geotechnical investigations to assess soil properties, ground conditions, and geological hazards affecting earthwork activities. Analyze geotechnical data to develop appropriate foundation designs and earthwork solutions.

- Review and approve earthwork designs, specifications, and drawings prepared by consultants and design teams. Ensure that earthwork designs comply with project requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

- Provide on-site supervision and oversight of earthwork construction activities, including excavation, embankment, grading, and slope stabilization. Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
