Key Job responsibilities
- Planning and execution of marketing initiatives covering all 4Ps to drive Volume and Market Share
- Plan and Execute the required marketing interventions in the given tonnage segment to drive market share growth
- Identifying opportunity area & making strategy to address the same in close coordination with Sales and Product Strategy teams
- Driving NPI and promotions and tracking the performance of new product. This includes Sales pitch development w.r.t competition models and Training content development and execution
- End to end Coordination of all activities pertaining to NPIs - CVP sign off, FAB, Fert code development, STA and Pricing.
- Value Selling and Establishing the respective product segment as Premium product in the market.
- Conceptualising and Executing sharp and effective Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales teams, Brand Teams and Plant teams.
Salary Offered : 8-12 LPA
