Deputy National Lead - Digital Experience - BFSI

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

- Shaping the Product Design solution and process on a project, defining the deliverables, and the team's time to execute those deliverables

- Identify opportunities for innovation and collaborate across teams and functions to invent something new

- Organize and lead workshop experiences and facilitate colleagues through design led exercises

- Foster team-building and collaboration by organizing design reviews, events, and knowledge sharing activities

- Communicate the - why- and rationale behind design feedback and decisions to the team and client

- Knowledge of visual, interactive and motion design trends, and fluency in simple executions that make big statements

- Be a hands-on Designer and a natural leader

Additional Information:

- The role reports to the National Lead Digital Marketing and supervises over a team.

- The person should be an expert in understanding design experience and UI/UX as well as create experiences for consumers based on their demographics.

- The target companies would be e-commerce companies, app companies like Uber, Flipkart, Google, Yahoo or similar Indian companies.

The company works Monday to Saturday - 6 day working.

Annual Salary :3500000-4000000 INR
