Zonal Retail Lead
Job Objective:
Manage retail channels and grow customer and revenue market share.
Key purpose of the role :
- Increasing footfall, conversion-to-customers and sales / footfall at the retail channels
- Increasing profitability of stores, VMS, ADVMS through innovative sales and revenue maximization programs
- Enhance customer experience across all retail outlets .
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales target for all products (Voice-Postpaid/ prepaid, data, VAS, handsets etc.) at stores, VMS, AD-VMS
- Facilitate roll-out of retail outlets - Stores, VMS, AD-VMS (incl. selection of partners, location etc.)
- Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through the retail channel.
- Achieve revenue targets at stores, VMS and AD-VMS.
- Assist Store in-charges, VMS and ADVMS channel partners manage key operating costs - store operating cost, people cost etc.
- Oversee store in-charges, VMS and ADVMS leads
- Keep employee-retention and motivation levels high through regular reviews of performance of both on-roll and off-roll employees
- Identify gaps in performance of immediate team and ensure training to bridge the same.
- Manage churn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customers at retail outlets.
- Ownership of revenue targets (through footfalls and sales/ footfall) for stores, VMS, ADVMS in the zone
- Accountability for total zonal budget allocated to retail channel - cost control (operating cost}.
