This role is for an MNC for their Mumbai office in Town area (South Mumbai). Role : - Handling complete Facilities and infrastructure of office and liaising with contractors and interiors for the same. - Interacting with different department for executing the maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency. - Supervise & suggest enhancements for Office Maintenance & cafeteria management - Provide support in preparation of all administration budgets, developing and implementing comprehensive administration manual with all policies, processes and procedures - Liaising with government and regulatory bodies like Electricity Boards, Local Government Agencies for obtaining necessary sanctions/approvals - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the business needs are managed effectively. - Responsible for office layout and space allocation, build-outs and repairs/ maintenance. - Negotiate and build relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best price, quality and service - hotels, catering, corporate stationery, car hire, travel agencies, airlines etc. Experience Required : - 10+ years of relevant experience in managing offices of 100K+ sq feet - Graduate/Post Graduate (administrative/commercial degree), business focus is a plus - Proficient in English - Strong organizational skills encompassing affinity with IT supporting tools - Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills - Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs - Proved leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and develop people Strong negotiation skills
