Deputy Manager- Workforce Management (Pulse & Automation)

Job Description:

1. Conduct PULSE (Process) assessments at selected sites, drive and mentor team during assessments.

2. Identifying the automation initiatives across vertical , define problem statement , conduct CGS / CSC meetings with stakeholder, define project charter , identify & develop tech partner / vendor ecosystem for Automation conduct POC /pilot for the selected problem statement , conduct site feasibility study ,budget planning , IRR , payback work out , get business case approved and deployment of the automation initiatives , evaluate result and prove on savings , plan horizontal deployment with vertical teams / vertical automation champion.

3. Collaborations with all the Internal Stakeholders to manage data logistics including data transfers, understanding data structures, processes, problems, etc. to enable project execution & drive cost saving projects.

4. Prepare a comprehensive evaluation template for evaluating WH ops and the ADM.

5. Conceptualize KPI's to measure, track & benchmark performance in various aspects of the business to trigger improvement actions resulting in Gross Margin increase

6. Assess the WH, SLF operations around various aspects of Process performance, KPI, productivity, HR, Safety, CI approach and trigger areas of improvement to drive Benchmark level of performance through use of Lean, Six Sigma & Productivity Improvement Tools

7. Driving improvements through deployment of Automation (IOT, AI, VR, AR, AGV) & Mechanization

8. Driving operations team towards continuous improvement approach for achieving Customer delight

9. Drive productivity improvement projects across WH, SLF sites leading to bottom line improvement in operations through application of Lean Six Sigma tools like Control Charts, Lean - VSM tools etc.

10. Ability to work & deliver under pressure and excellent time management skills.
