Deputy Manager - Workforce Management / IT Operations - Individual Contributor role
Education and Experience :
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience overall in IT Operations/Workforce Management, of which the previous 5+ years should have been in using tools like SQL Server / MS-Access, VBA & SharePoint along with reporting tools like Tableau, Datameer, SAP BW, Business Objects
- Proactive & self-managed
- Experience in driving Process Improvements (Green belt certified / Lean Certified - 2-3 large projects)
- Knowledge of Tableau a plus
- Knowledge of Datameer a plus
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives.
- Strong executive presence, communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel :
Passport / US visa : Not Mandatory but preferable
- Should be ready to travel, if required

Job Profile :
- Ability to manage and understand all operational metrics and processes
- Work on operational metrics, capacity planning, resolving operational issues, assessing their implications along with developing and implementing appropriate action plans
- Anticipates customer needs and pro-actively develops solutions to meet them

- Identify process improvement opportunities-

Responsibilities :
- Understand the company operational processes and become an active participant in its management
- Understand the Demand Forecasting Operations End to End & help the team automate / improve various processes using above tools
- Create, Analyse and report on operational metrics. Partner with senior leaders to collaboratively manage results
- Collaborate with other teams to understand and demonstrate complex concepts in ways that lead to understanding by a variety of audiences

SharePoint :
- Under general supervision, design, test, debug, document, implement and maintain SharePoint applications
- Assist in troubleshooting, modifying, and enhancing existing SharePoint applications
- Assist in performance-tuning applications as necessary.
