This position is responsible for overall execution excellence of Trade Marketing Initiatives & spends optimization.

Person will be responsible for :

- H.E.R.O. Program Execution.

- Scheme Designing.

- Trade Spends Monthly Review.

- W.O.W Execution

- Merchandising Champion

Description :

- H.E.R.O. Program Execution

- Onboarding and Enrollment.

- Brochure Designing & Other Stationary Material Design and Connectivity.

- POP Material end to end execution.

- Monthly Updates and status.

- Quarterly announcements of winners/credit noting/white goods disbursements/ Cash Card Loading.

- Dashboard & analytics platform for FF to utilize the data more efficiently.

- Vendor management.

- Onboarding and Enrollment.

- Brochure Designing & Other Stationary Material Design and Connectivity.

- Monthly Updates and status.

- Quarterly announcements of winners & credit note disbursement.

- Dashboard & analytics platform for FF to utilize the data more efficiently.

Scheme Designing Process :

- Standard Slabs defining process.

- L3M data plugin while defining every slab.

- Competition benchmarking- Monthly & Plugin while defining input

Trade Spends Monthly Review :

- Monthly Review of all trade marketing initiatives.

- Last Month Scheme Hits & Misses- Plugin while defining input

- Communication & Other Stationary Material's Connectivity.

- Monthly Updates and status.

Merchandizing Champion :

- Tracking of Merchandiser & Supervisors.

- Review of audit report.

- Onboarding, Geo Tagging, Recruitment of vacant positions, Training.

Educational Qualifications : MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college

Experience Profile : MT with 1-2 years of sales experience or 1yr Min Trade Marketing in FMCG
