- Execution & coordination support of campus engagement & initiatives like leadership talks, Atom etc - Coordination with Campus POCs as required - New hire processes- onboarding, offer release, induction, review, social media postings etc - Execution of talent management processes within stipulated TAT with strong process adherence and governance compliance - Proactively maintaining data, trackers and ensuring employee queries closure - Maintaining budgets, Discovery of vendors, contracts renewal, negotiations, internal approvals, payments & related processes for all Campus/ Talent Management Initiatives - Ease out any gaps in the process by discussion with Campus, HR, Business SPOCs - Closure & escalation where required to ensure timely closure of employee, stakeholder concerns - Support for projects on other Talent Initiatives - To be part of the team to drive and execute other group level programs and initiatives - Maintaining campus dashboards- hiring process efficiency, summer to final offer converts, offer acceptance, hiring source mix etc - TM Data Management, analysis & dashboarding across batches - Employer Brand Analytics- Followership, engagement of social media pages once established etc - Historical data gathering, continual updation & management in collaboration with stakeholders & HR SPOCs. - Managing multiple batches with focus, under different programs. - Enhancement in process, practice & system - Project schedules and timelines - Dashboard, Report and Communication content, forms & formats - Stakeholder Management Skills - Solution Orientation - Influencing skills - Proficient in MS Office - Negotiation Skills - Project Management - Talent Acquisition Lifecyle - Multi-tasking and target oriented - Assertive - Self-motivated/starter - Good coordination skill - Calm and Composed - Ability to identify learning opportunity and make most of it - Analytical mindset and Eye of details - Strong, effective & articulate communication skills
