Key Individual Responsibilities
- Manpower Budgeting
- Manpower Recruitment and employee cost
- Quality manpower recruitment as per circle hiring plan and functional requirements
- Manpower acquisition cost within annual budget
- Improving lead time to recruit candidate
- Productivity and attrition
- Review manpower productivity trends of all new joinees and performance of first year
- Ensure 0% attrition of new joinees with 6 months of joining
- Ensure Quality of Hires - Performance rating of new hires at end of Yr 1
- Employee engagement and ESAT
- Ensure high ESAT scores in order to attract and retain top talent
- Reviewing engagement of all new joining and Employee Satisfaction scores
- Recruitment channel and vendor Management
- Developing new and effective recruitment channels
- Ensure high vendor satisfaction and timely payments of all recruitment vendors
- HR Operations
- Adherence to onboarding and Induction of new employees as per policy
- Timely and Accurate MIS compilation & submission of reports/data against various requests
- Other HR assignments as assigned by seniors
Shared Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee budget and employee productivity
- Ensure key talent retention and manpower availability as per plan
- Share knowledge on best practices across circles
- With the corporate Recruitment team
- Ensure employee productivity and cost lies within corporate norms
- Succession planning for key roles in circle
- Compensation fitment and recruitment coordination for senior executive recruitment
- Learn industry best practices and share circle information
- Conduct meetings with all Leadership Team members
- Prepare manpower productivity and attrition trends
- Organize recruitment Vendor meets
Desired Candidate:
- Should be an MBA - HR
- Should have an experience of 5-8 years of Quality experience into Talent Acquisition
- Should have knowledge of Telecom domain
