Position overview:

Talent Acquisition candidate will be a key member of the HR team, he/she will play a crucial role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent, ensuring the organization has the right people in place to achieve its business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding and joining orientation. Establish best practices and standards for recruitment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring processes.

- Employer Branding: Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the job market. Partner with marketing and communication teams to craft compelling employer value proposition messages.

- Talent Pipelining: Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, staying ahead of hiring needs and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment vendors to optimize costs and leverage their expertise when necessary.

- Recruitment Analytics: Establish and track key recruitment metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Education and Experience:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (typically 7 to 9 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.

- Recruitment Experience in Engineering or manufacturing firms

- Diversity candidate recommended.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and sourcing strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- There is no work from home or hybrid working.

- Candidates should have hands on knowledge to use the job portals and should be able to close junior level and contractual positions.
