- Handle complete recruitment for Financial (record to report, procure to pay, and shipping to logistic, order to cash), Support, Admin, Compliance, and IT roles
- Foster the recruitment plans based on client businesses- hiring needs by performing detailed analysis of market trends, lead generation, ROI, recruitment processing time, and short and long-term programs
- Understand job requirements and manage interview cycle for specialist roles to identify, source and shortlist candidates; conduct background checks and pre-employment check-up for selected candidates; follow-up from release of offer letter to the date of joining
- End-to-end Payroll process execution and salary upload using corporate internet banking
- Coordinating and working with external consultants and officials related to financial, PF, ESI and Banking
- Identify qualified business opportunities and convert them into clients for recruitment services
- Lead the implementation, delivery, and evolution of an external pipelining strategy to ensure the client organizations- has an active candidate pipelines for a broad range of positions
Salary offered: 10-14LPA
