Deputy Manager - SCM NPD

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Enable innovation and support marketing team in New Product Development and PR initiatives by helping develop suppliers for new products.

- Ensure timely supplier readiness once necessary approvals are in place.

- On Time and In Full connectivity of ingredients, for timely launch of all new products, LTOs and tests.

- Eliminate SCM related write offs and extra costs, Ensure controlled rating through regular monitoring and publishing of compliance dashboard.

- Implement SRM framework for assigned category suppliers S&D and Seasonings

- Deliver 100% supply assurance and formulate contingency Plans for Category A and Category B suppliers and 100% QA compliance for category suppliers and maintain achieved levels

- Support TrueView rollout for SCM and Complete the Core Seasoning replication with additional supplier.

- Ensure supply diversification for all Key SKUs within S&D and Seasoning vertical.

- Initiate and develop know how of Flour category and manage the category post acquiring sufficient process knowledge, COS Inflation.

- Support HS embedment in SCM and RGM#1 program for one system.

- Participate in Spend Smarter and Negotiations Skills Workshop.

- Develop category knowhow S&D, Seasoning

- Continue Current Franchisee engagement with Joint RFPs, SNOP & SCM Council.

Skills Required :

- Good functional/Analytical skills

- Communication skills and team player

- Experience in working in Matrix based procurement organizations

- Experience in supply chain planning and running S&OP across QSR/Food Retail/FMCG

- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders

- Be a recognized leader of change

Stakeholders :

- Internal ; Internally, this position will interact frequently with Internal SCM category leads and cross functional teams including NPD, Marketing, Planning, Operations, Projects, and Finance.

- External ; Franchises supply chain, Suppliers, Distributors
