Data Collection and Analysis:

- Receiving FMS data and performing analysis to find the market share (state wise). Analysing the following data on regular basis - monthly sales target vs. actual, dealer wise outstanding, dealer wise sales / performance analysis, dealer wise collection status, repeat customer (dealer) analysis for CPC, untapped potential in dealers/distributors, penetration at dealer level (product wise) for SND, geography-wise channel effectiveness, YTD sales comparison with previous years, 80:20 dealer analysis for increasing sales through targeted dealer sales, predictive analysis for fixing dealer credit limit, analysing stock positions to predict the probability of liquidation, cost benefit analysis in logistics, TIME tab data analysis, checking for pending MFMS acknowledgements, collecting the farmers database from the MOs.

Reports:

- Preparing and sharing reports to the stakeholders on mid year budget reality achievement (dealer wise plan vs. actual sales), supply plan and previous month regularization reports submission to the state agriculture dept., reports on un-lifted stocks, daily reports on rainfall data, crop pattern / sowing details, preparing weekly flash news report - news in the public, daily sales report, preparing RBH presentations on monthly basis, anchoring business review meetings, highlighting complete agriculture scenario in the country and in the region, providing insight from the data analysis which aids in formulating future marketing strategies (product performance, dealer performance, market performance) and supports in risk mitigation.

Recommendations:

Sharing the MO wise performance data to to the respective RBHs, recommending targeted marketing and campaigning activities, and many others which would add value to the business decisions.

Field Visits:

Undertaking regular field visits to understand the market realities, stakeholders perspectives, and to conduct formal / scientific study to capture the market realities.
