- Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Process, Statutory Compliance and Legal compliance
Responsibilities:
- Manages all recruitment and selection process, ensure compliance to statutory laws, HR Process and administration
- Headcount Planning and Management.
- Managing all recruitment and selection process both external and internal with a focus on business plans.
- Ensures the organization keeps in line and stays complaint with the Statutory and Legal norms from an HR perspective.
- Manage attendance and Inputs for payroll as per laid down procedures.
- Ensures accurate and efficient employee data and file managements.
- Manages and administration of Outsourced services, contracts / agreements of service provider of the HR function.
- Ensure the implementation of HR process, policies and programs for Human Resources processes defined by HO.
