Job Roles & Responsibilities: The Job profile includes the following roles and responsibilities.
Recruitment:
- Maintain & tracking a database of budgeted positions vs. current status against vacant positions.
- Completely responsible for recruiting the positions.
- Prepare Parity & CTC Structure, Sourcing CVs, send offer letters & Appointment letters to the selected candidates.
- Joining formalities - Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist & maintain the personal files.
HR Operations:
- Payroll salary administration & Time Office
- Statutory Compliances such as PF & ESIC Challan, LWF Challan, New Joined UAN, PF & ESIC registration etc.
- Employee Engagement activities
- Prepare and managing the HR operation's annual budget & Cost reduction.
- General Administration activities such as travel booking, hotel booking, renewal of AMCs etc.
- Learning & development
- Exit formalities.
