Job Description : Dy. Manager- Sales
Business Group/Department : Sales & Service, Location: Delhi
Reports to : Area Sales Manager - North
Purpose of the Position :
- Retaining existing customer and continues business growth from Lever 1 Customer by Value added selling
- Develop Lever 2 customer to achieve revenue Goal and grown the business year on year by selling high margin product.
- Mentor, lead and support channel partner to grow the business for the assigned territory.
Major Areas of Responsibility :
- Developed an aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve budgeted monthly and annual sales and business targets for new business as well as cross selling the range of services to existing customers.
- Retain lever I customer by continuously adding value and provide them technical support when and where required
- Territory Mapping. Plan weekly and monthly visit plan for Lever I and Lever II customer.
- Identified Lever II customer. Demonstrate our product, submit quotation and close the deal working with channel partners.
- Manager channel partners and lead and motivate them for the continuous business growth
- Presentation, seminar, training at customer place to high penetration and to increase ITW share at 80/20 customers.
- MIS updating.
- Prepare reports monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly and update the same to the management
- Research the markets in the given coverage area and monitor key trends so as to identify new vertical markets in the responsible segment to promote the entire range of products/services.
- Monitor competitor activity and proactive working on strategy to control the competitor and to target 80/20 competitor account.
