Level: Deputy Manager
Role: Driving Bus Volumes and Market Share in assigned territory through the concerned ETB dealerships in line with the Business Plan.
Location: Delhi/ NCR
Academic Qualifications: B.Tech / BE or MBA
Experience:
- 2 - 6 years in Sales & Marketing from Commercial Vehicles Industry [Buses].
Reporting to : Regional Sales Manager - Buses
Responsibilities:
- Create understanding/awareness about the new product in the channel and market.
- Lead the dealership team from the front in Strategic and Bulk Deals.
- Study area and customer segments to Collate database/ MIS of customer
- Track prospective company tenders / contracts for generating leads
- Identification of decision making authority in prospect customer and make customized presentation to convert deals
- Build relationships with fleet owners (Bulk / Corporate customers)/ body builders / financiers, Arrange plant visits, customer / body-builder/ financier meets in the area
- Tie up with Financiers to make finance available for customers.
- Collecting testimonials/ references from customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and increasing customer engagement levels of existing customers
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customer
