KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Compensation:
- Planning and execution of Annual Salary Review
- Designing and execution of STIP, LTIP
b. Employee Communication: Taking employee awareness sessions on Rewards related process
c. Performance Management: Planning and management of PMS process (end to end)
d. Cost Management : Company level manpower creating and monitoring manpower budget
e. Benefits administration : Medical insurance Renewal (end to end process management)
f. Salary benchmarking : Work on compensation related market practices, benchmarking, trends through active participation in external surveys and trend analysis
g. Employee Policies : Policy management and review
h. Rewards & Recognition : Management of Online Rewards System and related activities
