Deputy Manager - Rewards - IT/ITeS

Currently working on a DM- Rewards role for an IT/ ITES company to be based in Pune.

- Support the delivery of the annual salary review including:

- Maintaining accurate reward data

- Coordinate the collation of up to date role information.

- Support the compensation benchmark survey project

- Support the international mobility process

- Answer any queries from HRBP's/Ask HR relating to policies

- Manage the share plan activity

- Build, develop and maintain close relationships with other functional areas.

- Understand the impact of the International Assignment policies

- Minimum 4 year work experience in the area of compensation, benefit management, payroll execution, reward cycle management

- Overall 5- 8 years experience in the field of HR

- Experience in the IT/ ITES / Financial Services sectors

- Experience in, problem analysis, developing recommendations.
