The person would be in charge of retail projects in various brands.  - The person would be involved in the construction of retail outlets.  - The south Location position would be in charge of the entire south   - Standalone roles.  - The candidate will have to take care of the project along with the maintenance of the existing stores.  - His role would be tangent to the vendors assigned for both maintenance of stores and for execution of the project.  - Cost Negotiation, Blue Drafting of Layout Designs, Execution of Projects etc would be a part of his job role.  - After the completion of the project, he will have to hand over the same to the retail operations team for further process.  - EBO + LFS experience for South.  - He will be handling vendors for AMC’s, Contracts, Projects and Maintenance.  - There will be extensive travelling involved in the south since the location of the store might be even in remote locations, though the person would be based out of Bangalore.  - Technical expertise is required.
