Purpose - Why does this role exist?
- To explore and monitor transformation opportunities & leverage best practices across JSW GBS.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):
1. Plans and determines the strategies to analyze the business elements.
2. The professionals analyze the existing business model, checking where the system is lacking
3. Assessing and identifying areas for improvement in the company's present business processes
4. Presenting concepts and results at meetings
5. Developing ideas in accordance with the demands and needs of the business
6. Creating projects and monitoring their development
7. Cooperating with stakeholders and users
8. Maintaining close communication with senior management, partners, clients, and technicians
9. Effective implementation of business practices / Change initiatives
10. Timely delivery of executive status reports on key project.
11. Effective delivery of adhoc management requests

Educational Background and Work Experience:
- MBA from a premier B-School with relevant experience
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Finance & Accounting services along with leading Transformations
- Strong understanding of leading practices and SAP experience of finance processes
- Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization
