Deputy Manager - Real Estate Valuation - Big4

About us : Our client is an Big4 consulting based out at Gurgaon.

KRA/ Job description :

- Currently working in real estate advisory, valuation, research, analytics industry with past experience & good erudition of real estate industry

- Work on and manage engagements on real estate advisory, valuation and due diligence, spread across property types

- Preparation of technical & financial feasibility reports, detailed demand gap analysis, financial analysis, Project viability analysis for discrete and integrated real estate projects for multiple asset classes such as residential, commercial office & retail, hospitality, Industrial.

- Engagements include financial analyses, cash flow modeling, analytical model reviews, property/portfolio modeling, loan portfolio underwriting, market due diligence, asset valuations, real estate appraisals.

- Channelizing the data collection processes of the advisory team ensuring quality, review of assignments executed by associates and training them

KPI :

- Timely delivery of assignments/projects

- Error free work
