Deputy Manager QA for Meat Business
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onsite Food Safety and Quality Audits.
- Vendor Audits (Irradiation Plant & Laboratory).
- Coordination with External Laboratory for Analysis.
- Customer Complaint Management and Coordination.
- MIS Reports Preparation (QA Review).
- Food Safety and Regulatory document preparation.
- Supporting Sites for External Audit Preparations.
- Onsite Food Safety & Quality Training.
- Customer Questionnaires submission.
- Coordination in Regulatory licensing functions.
- Any other assignment was given by reporting manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience Between 05-10 years
- Experience in the export of meat and meat products (or allied lines like poultry, and fisheries) would be an added advantage.
- In-depth experience and knowledge in Hygiene, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Environment, and OHSAS (i.e., experience in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000), Quality-GMP-Hygiene & Food Safety Training.
- Experience in Halal is desirable.
- Good Experience in independently handling the QA department in inter-department coordination.
- Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Audit Skills, Documentation skills, good written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills, very proficiency in IT skills (i.e., MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel), coordination, good temperament, ability to work for an extended time under certain requirement, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Very fluent in English language (Written and Spoken).
