- Procurement of materials and services/contracts related to specified AMC and ARC with in scheduled time, from Right source, at Right price, Right quality, and quantity, so that the rate contracts and maintenance jobs can be completed within time and deliver targeted benefits to the Business.  - Relase of Purchase orders within time as per procurement plan, complying with systems and procedures.  - Ensure procurement cost is as per budget before releasing PO. and get approval for deviation.  - Making available material and services in time as per schedule by followup with vendors  - Replenishment or rejected material on quality or deviation from specs, without time slippage .  - Awarding contracts on time for AMC AND ARC  - Enquiry Floating -converting into 3-5 RFQ as per user recommendation.  - Review on progress on procurement and contracts like AMC and ARC and regular Services, pending offers & orders, changes, vendor required clarifications, vendors list for specialty /tailor made equipment and services, actual versus budget cost item wise to meet the project schedule completion in time and within budget.  - Material receipt, inspection, approval, rejected items for taking action for transport of material from local transporter godowns to factory.  - Follow up on offers, order execution, clarifications required for project team. Arrange third party inspection where ever required.
