Deputy Manager - Production - Manufacturing

Hiring for Deputy Manager (Production) with 14-16 yrs experience for one of the manufacturing company.

Kindly find below the Job responsibilities:

1. Should have hands on experience in Must be able to demonstrate a HANDS-ON approach in Surface Mount Technology Processes like Screen Printing, Chip Shooters, Reflow Ovens, Fluxer, Selective Soldering, Optical Inspection equipments etc.

2. Responsible for achieving the manufacturing metrics target as set in the management objective OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) / FTT (First time through);Safety (Lost time cases)

3. Responsible for shop floor discipline and enforcement of company rules.

4. Interact with Material planning, Quality, Purchasing, HR and Maintenance functions to effectively carryout day to day activities.

5. Responsible for in-process and end item quality, statistical process / quality control in all the shifts including Night shift.

6. Responsible for implementing TPM initiatives, Engineering Change Management, 5S and other Continuous initiatives and other continuous improvement activities.
