Brief Job Description: The role would involve analysis of multiple data points to address the business issues of clients to help them arrive at informed strategic decisions. The applicant should be proficient in Advanced MS-Excel, have a good domain knowledge and analytics experience. The person will be responsible for conceptualization of new projects, scoping and understanding of complex business problems, arriving at the right data set to help in problem solving, and apply the right analytical tools and techniques to answer the clients business questions. The candidate should also be strong at Project Management to deliver high quality deliverables. The incumbent will be managing projects independently. Mandatory skills needed: Power BI (analytics and development), Basic SQL, experience in working with IQVIA/IMS data. Key Accountability: - Deliver high quality deliverables - Data synthesis to generate meaningful insights - Project Management and application of Story boarding to manage projects - Managing Client relationships & ensuring transparency in the process - Contribute to development of systems/process-flows to streamline projects - Experience in Forecasting will be an added advantage - Adhere to deadlines and manage workflow Educational Qualification: The applicant should be a B.Pharm+ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm+MBA/BTech.+ MBA with strong communication Skills Work Experience (No. of years): 6+ yrs Soft Skills/Competencies (Behavioral): - Team player - Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Interpersonal Skills - Attention to detail and logical reasoning skills - Client Relationship Management - Service Orientation Technical Expertise: - Prior client management / engagement skills - End to end complex project management - MS Office (esp.
