Salary Offered : 8-13 LPA Job Description The role would be responsible for basic accounting, reporting, cash and bank operations, direct and indirect tax compliance, budgeting and budgetary control as well as internal and statutory audits. This role should ensures the compliances with DOA in all transactions and formal dealings. An Interaction with people in different departments and follow up with them for information/ reports to submit to superior and government authorities. - Monthly Accounts closing, Regular GL Scrutiny.Statutory audit and Limited Review. - Cost optimization compare the norms on monthly basis and recommend for corrective action - Control of fixed expenses within budget - Statutory compliance - Subsidy documentation data - Internal Audit coordination - Handling Cost Audit and Tax Audit ( Half yearly and Annually) - Taking active part in purchase committee meeting and Negotiating the best rate local vendors and purchasing on credit basis and make sure that the tendering process is being followed and ensure all aspects of DOA are complied with. - Monthly MIS reporting Desired Candidate Profile - CA /CMA with 5-8 years of experience in plant finance with a large manufacturing limited company. - Experience in manufacturing sector having worked in a company with multi locational plants and large / complex distribution network. Preference for candidates from process industry fertilizer, pharma, cement, etc - Business acumen and understanding of macro / biz drivers - Deep analytical skills and right attention to details - Financial Planning, reporting, costing, MIS, capex, controls, working capital - Working Knowledge SAP system - Excellent team player, people management skills - Influencing skills, ability to connect with various stakeholders - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work through multiple priorities - Well organized, highly system and process oriented approach - Deep desire to excel and implement best in class practices - Good business partner with customer orientation - Ability to inspire and rally team around business objectives and excellence - Candidates willing to relocate to Nandesari ( Baroda) will only be considered. - Male candidates may only apply.
