Payroll Team Manager : - Lead the Payroll processing process of Non-Management Staff salaries - Manage issues, escalations and exceptions within the team, liaising with other SSC operational teams, business and management as required - Act as an SME in the role of Payroll Processing Team Lead for the various BUs / entities by ensuring timely processing &amp; payment of Payroll - Expert knowledge on statutory deductions like PF, ESI, Profession Tax etc. - Resolve errors and any issues seen in the processing before confirming for payment - Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved in the area of operations - Coordinate with Employees &amp; Payroll Team in Corporate to resolve any queries - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of data entered in SAP - Identify improvement opportunities - Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved in the area of operation - Assist with both internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests - Ready to take additional responsibilities as per business requirement - Qualified M.Com / MBA r with 5+ years of experience of working in Payroll process with a Shared Services or BPO - Candidate should have prior exp of working in Indian Payroll - Should be well versed with statutory compliance of payroll as per Indian laws. - Should be willing to relocate to Vizag Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
