Deputy Manager - Packaging - FMCG/Pharma

- Knows packaging and its components of QSR

- Having done negotiation with suppliers, basis cost breakups and bidding

- Ability to get raw material prices

- Process Oriented and ensures adherence at all levels

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

- Strong interpersonal skills; enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build relationships

Key Responsibilities:

- New Vendor Development and Management, Ensure Orientation to Brand Standards

- Develop Procurement Strategy, Risk Mitigation and Contingency plans for packaging and Other Non-Food categories

- Lead packaging sourcing and Other Non-Food categories for restaurants. Identify cost optimization opportunities in line with business requirements

- Lead Transition of Imported to Localized Packaging Project in line with business requirements

- Develop New Vendors for packaging and Other Non-Food categories.

- Continuously monitors market and industry trends and identifies opportunities for driving cost efficiencies

- Align vendors on lead times and drives them continuously on ensuring adherence, alongside working cohesively to drive efficiencies

- Generate PO's; ensure execution of on time delivery

- Co-ordinates with suppliers for supplier audits to ensure of adherence to brand standards

- Execute Supplier Agreements as per agreed terms

- Co-ordinate supplier billing with Finance and ensure timely payment

- Support New store openings and actively participates in any new projects

- Handle requests for information, quotations, and proposals
