Deputy Manager - Packaging - FMCG

Experience:

- 3-6 years of experience with FMCG/QSR/retail /consulting organizations

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop future back for Packaging category and 5 years capacity plan with COS Inflation (Packaging 0%)

- Partner with Ops team on Ops simplification projects through efficient packaging interventions

- Timely contracting for all Packaging and Smallware related buying for equity business.

- Category risk assessment and contingency plan for Packaging . Ensure business continuity plan is in place for all suppliers. .

Ensure compliance to Global SC /IA protocols with controlled ratings.

Publish (to relevant stakeholders) Monthly procurement dashboard for Packaging and Smallware category

- Implement packaging initiatives in partnership with marketing.

- Ensure On Time and In Full connectivity of packaging and smallware, for timely launch of all new products, LTOs and tests.

- Drive social purpose & fast good strategy - 100% certified fiber/recycled sourcing.

- Drive Spend Smarter initiatives

- Construct and execute world class omnichannel fit-for purpose packaging.

Skills Required:

- Ability to develop, evaluate and improve established packaging system applying technical knowledge and testing quality standards. Must be creative, yet practical.Drive projects to a timely conclusion and to prepare concise reports outlining action recommendations and full justification.
