DM - OD and Learning
- The role holds responsibility of assisting the organization in areas such as Building Learning Culture, Leadership Development, Team Development, Change Management, Initiatives to meet Strategic Business Goals, Talent Management, Learning needs, Designing Content, Measuring & Tracking Effectiveness and Digital Learning.
- The role also holds responsibility for planning and implementing Employee Wellness, CSR and Diversity initiatives across all functions.

- Drive Competency Framework
- Conducting Assessment Centers.
- Change management.
- Create Succession Plan And Work On Building Succession Pipeline
- Employee Wellness & CSR - Organize Engagement Events
- Surveying Employees On Various Learning & OD Interventions
- Plan, Implement And Control New Employee On-Boarding And Induction
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Analyse learning objectives and work with Head of L&OD to design solutions
- Optimizing training processes for efficiency
- Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
- Maintain Training MIS & Budgets
- Manage LMS
