- End to end responsibilities for Invoicing function - Create plan to control invoice rejection and cancellation - Align Invoicing in line with customer requirements - Perform end to end review to identify process gaps and inefficiencies - Invoice rejection analysis and tracking of invoices which are yet to be invoiced - Work closely with delivery & PMO to streamline the invoicing process - Suggest changes to project management system for effective invoicing cycle - PBDD (provision for bad and doubtful debts) control - Creating and maintaining accurate customer master. - On time invoicing and ensuring it reaches the customer as per agreed SLA - Play a lead role in integration projects - Internal and Statutory Audit requirements. - Inputs for Audit and board meeting. - Review of existing process & suggest process improvement- - Fast learner of software user interfaces. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle r12 - Experience in process automation - Excellent presentation skills with, Excel, PPT - Very organized and punctual - Crisis management skills i.e RCA (Root cause analysis) and taking steps to avoid such issues. - Experience working with cross functional teams
