For one of our client, a Leading Financial Services Firm, we are seeking a Deputy Manager - AIF - Operations & Fund Accounting

Position : Deputy Manager - AIF - Operations & Fund Accounting

Experience : 3+ yrs

Location : Mumbai

Profile : The position is responsible for managing and driving the operations function for AIF

Key responsibilities :

To take care of day to day AIF operations and fund accounting including :

- KYC and documentations

- Cash flow management

- Settlement

- NAV Calculation

- Reconciliations

- Fees and Brokerage calculation

- MIS and Reporting for management and regulator

- To co ordinate with custodian and fund accountant

- Internal Coordination with dealer, fund manager, client servicing team, finance team, legal and compliance team and sales team

- Internal and Statutory Audit co-ordination and query resolutions

- System review and up gradation

Behavioral Competencies :

- Analytical bent of mind, accuracy and promptness

Role Specific Competencies :

- Very well understanding of Mutual Fund / AIF - Operations and Fund Accounting, MS Office

- Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp

- MBA / CA with minimum 3-5 Yrs relevant experience
