1) First Pass Yield improvement.

2) Collection & analysis of quality data.

3) Establish the time standard for flex-line

4) Man and Machine balancing ( Optimum utilization of Mu and Nu)

5) Horizontal deployment of poka yoke

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical + MBA in operations/marketing .
