Role Summary :Assisting the Manager of Office Services in managing a large office set-up by leading a team of administrative service personal for smooth operations of facilities, having knowledge of
ISO standards of 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001, with highest level of commitment to safety and ethical behavior. Candidate should have strong communication and people management skills.
Essential Job Duties :- Arranges, direct and manages office service team comprising of staff, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Support Development of work plans, budget and resource requirement.
- Efficient planning of space; managing operation & maintenance of building facilities in a sustainable way so as to ensure smooth operations
24/7.- Securing the office premises, employees and company assets by supervising & arranging activities of security personnel.
- Implement office safety rules as delegated; conducting regular reviews with OS Team to ensure adherence to company safety policy.
- Conversant with all the
legal & statutory requirements for an office set-up;
Liaison with External Agencies.- Manage Travel Services in coordination with Company's Travel Service provider. Ensure adherence to Company's travel policy.
- Collaborate with other function across the company as required.
- Assist in preparing and presenting performance report; setting up regular review with key vendors; arrange & implement technology / Automating processes
Behavioral Skills :- Strong vendor management skills.
- Ability to contact effectively with all levels of management. Good command over English language.

- Degree with 20+ years of prior experience in large office/premises administration is required for this role to be based in our Gurugram Office.
