Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :
Contribute to Brand and corporate image building through devising Promotional and Communication Strategy for the Company. Design and plan Promotional campaign for developing market for the products, plan and execute successful launch for new products; budgeting, execution and monitoring of Product promotion activities related to Product.
Strategic :
- Actively involve in designing and planning of Promotional strategy to develop new & existing products and markets for future business growth.
- Develop New Product Pack designs aligned with Corporate Brand image and business strategy.
- Design Publicity tools and get them developed to support Field Promotional efforts
Customer/ External Orientation :
- Enhance customer value (both internal & external) through dissemination of product knowledge/technology through promotional activities and Publicity tools
- Organize Launches & Showcasing Brand in Internal/External Events as per business need
Core operational accountabilities :
- Sales Promotion & Publicity planning & execution
- Budgeting, execution and monitoring of Product promotional activities for product and market development
- Designing Products Packaging based on Company Brand guidelines, Legal Specifications and Meteorological rules
- Designing and developing different Publicity & Branding tools, AVs to support marketing & extension services
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of agriculture products and cropping patterns
- Business awareness
- Financial analysis
- Knowledge of packaging & publicity
